Terms of Service

Memberships

Memberships renew automatically each month. Each tier includes a monthly visit allowance. Visits beyond your allowance are charged at the overage price.

Punch Cards

Punch cards never expire. Each punch entitles you to one visit.

Drop-In

Drop-in visits are available at the listed price. Drop-in payments are not refunded.

Reservations

Founders members may cancel a reservation up to 24 hours before the session and keep their visit. Other tiers must cancel at least 48 hours before.

Events and Classes

Cancellations of event and class registrations are subject to a 24-hour refund window.

Cancelling a Membership

When you cancel your membership, no further payment is taken and your membership continues until the end of the billing period already paid for. Cancelling a Founders membership forfeits your Founders rate permanently.

Founders Rate

A Founders rate is forfeited permanently on cancellation or an unresolved failed payment.

Conduct

Members are expected to treat staff and other members with respect.

Payments

All payments are processed through our payment platform. We never store full card numbers.
